Customize the call screen for Android: Android phones can easily customize many aspects, including the call screen appearing when someone calls you.
You can change the theme of this screen, its Background, and the contact picture, as you can set a custom picture for each contact.
And although almost all Android phones support these features, Samsung phones are the leaders in this matter as they allow you to customize and change the contact significantly, so here are several easy ways to customize the contact screen on your Android phone.
Change background for all contacts
If you want to set a specific background for all contacts on your phone, you can do this through the contact application, as many phones provide you with ready-made experiences that you can set up immediately. Alternatively, you can set a custom wallpaper from your phone if you wish. Here are the steps below.
Go to Calls or Communication applications, then click on the three dots that appear at the top right of the application, and here you will see many options in that menu, then choose Settings.
Now the settings window will open for you, through which you can change many settings related to communication or calls on your phone.
To change the Background that appears to you when someone calls you, click on the call background or Call environment, and if your phone contains more than one SIM card, you can set a custom successor for each card separately.
In the next window, you will see the interface for changing the contact background, where you can click on the background option or Background below to choose one of the available backgrounds, or you can set a custom successor from your phone by clicking on the plus (+) button that appears at the top right of the screen.
Of course, you can preview the successor before saving it to ensure it appears as required.
Set a photo or video as a contact background.
If your phone includes more than one SIM card, the phone will show you a list of cards to choose from, and then an interface will appear for you actually to preview the image on the call screen, and finally, you can set it by clicking on the Set as call wallpaper button, which is shown below.
Change the call view
In addition to changing the Background, you can change the layout or the contact’s display on the call screen. For example, Samsung phones allow you two different styles that you can choose from. In these two styles, the position of the name, photo, and calling number changes, and you can change the call style through the following steps:
Launch the contact application on your phone, click on the three-dot icon, and choose Settings, just like the steps for changing the wallpaper completely.
Many options will appear for you in the next window, and here you will need to click on Call background again, but this time choose Layout or Layout to change the style of the call screen, and here you will see two options, choose the most appropriate among them.
